Refund policy

To request a return please email Roxbycjdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that our products are made from natural materials: colors, patterns and sizes may vary and are a part of the natural beauty of our designs. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. All returned merchandise will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
